In simple words it is a legal process with different branches in which high courts deals with the performance and effectiveness of the other two branches of the government (Legislary and Executive) if they are violating the constitution. This process is carried out by exceptional court and not by the regular courts in many countries. Why do Exceptional courts act as law enforcement?
