The Judiciary branch of the government does not act as a law enforcement authority; it has the power to interpret laws and strike down a law if it violates the constitution. Aside from that the judicial branch also has a well-known power which is recommended by the Supreme courts called “The Judicial Review”. In simple words it is a legal process with different branches in which high courts deals with the performance and effectiveness of the other two branches of the government (Legislary and Executive) if they are violating the constitution. This process is carried out by exceptional court and not by the regular courts in many countries. Why do Exceptional courts act as law enforcement?
